Slow-risen yeast dough takes its sweet time. That is where the light, tender, almost-too-good centre begins.

How do I keep my donuts soft?

They are best enjoyed the same day. Keep them in an airtight box at room temperature, away from sunlight and heat. Donuts without perishable fillings are happiest outside the refrigerator.

Which one should I try first?

Pink, please! for the colour and sprinkles. Simply glazed. to fall in love with the dough. And if chocolate or pistachio is your thing, you already know the answer.

Our recipes may contain gluten, milk, eggs and tree nuts. Everything will be made in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. Full ingredient details will be available at opening.
